Survival Tips:

Refresh Sched throughout the Competition to see any last-minute changes
Sponsors, faculty, and students must register in person at Competition during one of our registration windows. If you can’t make one, please reach out to Organizers so we are aware you will be arriving at an off time.
Recommended Attire is as follows:
- Presentations / Expo: Business Casual
- Boat Cruise: Casual (Pay attention to weather / layers may be needed)
- ANL Tour: closed-toe shoes, pants, and 1/4 sleeve shirts
- Award Ceremony: Roaring 20s (1920s, not 2020s) formal

Navigating Sched - General:

Use the Schedule feature and filters to sign up for relevant trainings.
Each training session is categorized by Type (i.e. Event, Circuit Training, Presentation, and Training).
- Event - These are required by everyone
- Faculty - Required events for Faculty
- Presentations - Each team should have 5 graded events on their schedule. 1 engineering presentation (TDR) 1 project review presentation, 1 cell characterization presentation, and 2 expo demonstration. Entire team is encouraged to be in the presentation and should sign up for their session (for headcount purposes). Teams may not attend other team’s presentations.
- Tours - Teams will get to take a tour of the Argonne facility prior to the competition award ceremony. The tour is divided into 6 sessions, so make sure you sign up for the all 6 sessions listed under your school. With the 6 sessions, teams have been divided into groups of 4 schools.

Note: "All" shows all events under that category. Do not rely on this track filter to sign-up for sub-teams required trainings.
